Tricalcium phosphate, also known as Tribasic Calcium Phosphate, is a mineral often derived from rocks but sometimes from Whey (from cheese-making)1 and bones. It is used as an anti-caking agent, in baby powders, fertilizers, as a food additive, in dental products, as an antacid, and in tissue replacement procedures.
