Polyglycerin-3 is probably vegan. It is a Polymer compound of Glycerol, used in cosmetics as a humectant and skin conditioner. Glycerol is usually obtained from vegetable sources but can be from killed animals. Please check with the manufacturer if you are concerned about the source.
