Disodium 5′-Ribonucleotides

Disodium 5′-Ribonucleotides may or may not be vegan. They are Sodium Salts of Inosinic Acid and Guanylic Acid, used as a flavor enhancer in food. These sodium salts are often obtained from the flesh of killed animals but can also come from plants. Please check with the manufacturer. Disodium 5′-Ribonucleotides is also sometimes referred to as E635.
